Christmas craft – upcycled tree ornaments

I’m back to my Christmas crafts!

After a tiring week of opening the hotel, entertaining guests and amidst of ensuring the operations are running smoothly and addressing all of the hiccups and teething problems, I managed to gather up my mood and find a bit of spare time two evenings ago to work on my crafts.

It felt good to get away from my work and let my mind that has gone overdrive rest a little even for just a couple of hours…

As usual I used my favourite raw materials and made two Christmas tree ornaments (for the time being…). Hope they will stir up a bit of curiosity when people see them on my tree….

Or at least I think they are a little unconventional because there is not a single glitter in sight or any other shinny bits but the gold shimmering simply from the satin piping…. 🙂 I know they will look good on the tree with the fairy lights on.
