dancing and praising

What a Monday! Amidst the numerous operational challenges at work we experienced a 5-hour blackout in the city this afternoon and it was absolutely horrendous when you run a hotel. On my way home after work the post-blackout traffic was almost pushing me to the limit and I was just glad that I made it home in one piece after a long and stressful day.

When I eventually settled down to unwind, I realised that although it had been a very tiring day, my feathers were unceremoniously ruffled and I am now blogging with my splints on, still there are lots of things to be thankful for and I am learning to praise God in all circumstances!

Psalm 150:1 – 6

1 Praise the Lord.

Praise God in his sanctuary;
praise him in his mighty heavens.

2 Praise him for his acts of power;
praise him for his surpassing greatness.

3 Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet,
praise him with the harp and lyre,

4 praise him with tambourine and dancing,
praise him with the strings and pipe,

5 praise him with the clash of cymbals,
praise him with resounding cymbals.

6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

Praise the Lord.

dancing in the sunshine and dancing in the rain, let everything that has breath praise the Lord with no refrain!

dancing in the sunshine and dancing in the rain,
let everything that has breath praise the Lord with no refrain!
