“Green” Finger 2015 – Project 3

This was a bit of rushed project as the news of my cousin leaving for Canada came rather late. Good thing was I always have the “raw materials” ready at home and the only 2 challenges for me then were to find the time and inspiration to work on the piece I wanted to give to Anita as a gift. Thank God I managed to complete it on time!

I found out that the Pantone colour of year 2015 is Masala so naturally, that was the chosen colour for this “Green” Finger project!

“Much like the fortified wine that gives Marsala its name, this tasteful hue embodies the satisfying richness of a fulfilling meal, while its grounding red-brown roots emanate a sophisticated, natural earthiness. This hearty, yet stylish tone is universally appealing and translates easily to fashion, beauty, industrial design, home furnishings and interiors.”
– Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute®
