green therapy

random snapshot 36/2016

It has been a long while since I took time off to stroll around a garden for some fresh air and to enjoy the flowers.  Taking advantage of the festive holiday, I made time to drop by at friends David and Diane’s yesterday and spent over an hour in their garden for a session of much needed “green therapy”.

Most of the plants have been pruned back but I still managed to spot some nice blooms…

Flowers always make people better, happier, and more helpful; they are sunshine, food and medicine for the soul.
